Director of Vehicle Acquisitions

Job Summary

To accelerate the transition to electric vehicles, the full-time Director of Vehicle Acquisitions will establish strategic partnerships, manage procurement operations, and oversee the sourcing of vehicles and equipment while ensuring efficient order-to-delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage teams, processes, and systems for vehicle acquisitions
• Negotiate and manage relationships with OEMs and vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs
• Oversee the order-to-delivery pipeline, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Progressive experience in fleet or automotive acquisition/procurement, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of OEM/dealer pricing, specifications, and fleet processes
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Familiarity with fleet management platforms and procurement tools
• Established connections with OEMs, dealers, and upfitters
