Director of Virtual Programs

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of specialty virtual programs, the full-time Director of Virtual Programs will manage program design, implementation, and continuous improvement while working remotely to enhance personalized learning experiences for students and families.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the strategy and roadmap for specialty virtual offerings, ensuring alignment with academic quality and student needs
• Define and improve academic models and course experiences, setting standards for effective asynchronous learning and instructional support
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for program launch and performance, addressing dependencies and ensuring continuous improvement through data analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in education, virtual learning, or program leadership
• Proven track record in shaping and launching educational products or programs
• Strong understanding of asynchronous learning and course design principles
• Experience with learning management systems, particularly Canvas, is strongly preferred
