Director of Web Experience Design
Job Summary
Shaping the vision for web experiences, the full-time remote Director of Web Experience Design will lead a design team to create compelling digital interactions that enhance customer engagement and drive conversion through data-informed strategies and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Establish the UX/UI strategy to enhance customer discovery, evaluation, and engagement with products and services
- Implement a culture of experimentation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and test design hypotheses
- Continuously optimize ecommerce and conversion experiences throughout the customer journey
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior Web Experience Design role with at least 3 years of people management experience
- Strong background in ecommerce, growth, and conversion optimization within digital experiences
- Deep expertise in UX and UI design principles and human-centered design methodologies
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required for consideration
