Director of Wireless Solutions
Job Summary
To support the growth of Commercial Real Estate portfolios, the full-time Director of Wireless Solutions will manage relationships with property owners and developers, drive revenue growth through wireless connectivity deals, and develop strategic plans for large public venues while working remotely in Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize wireless network investment opportunities in large public venues, including commercial and mixed-use developments
- Establish and foster relationships with portfolio owners, real estate consultants, and partners to secure exclusive wireless network rights
- Negotiate venue agreements and develop a strategic 3-year growth plan for the wireless infrastructure portfolio
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; master's degree preferred
- Experience with top-tier commercial real estate portfolios and property management firms
- Strong familiarity with the wireless telecommunications industry and various wireless solutions
- Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and negotiate effectively
- Excellent closing skills with a track record of overcoming sales process obstacles
