Director of Workforce Management

Job Summary

Leading the workforce planning and management efforts, the remote Director of Workforce Management will develop and implement a comprehensive staffing strategy to scale the clinician organization, ensuring effective recruiting, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end CCV workforce plan, translating growth targets into actionable hiring and onboarding goals
• Create visibility into the recruiting pipeline and clinician readiness through metrics, forecasting, and reporting
• Build a scalable onboarding model in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support larger hiring cohorts while maintaining clinical quality

Required qualifications:

• Experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or clinical operations within a complex healthcare environment
• Proven ability to manage the full workforce funnel from recruiting to performance management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create forecasts and metrics from workforce data
• Experience in scaling high-touch operating models while ensuring quality and member experience
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills to align various teams around workforce strategies
