Director of Worldwide Tax

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Worldwide Tax, the full-time remote position will manage Idera's global tax strategy and execution, including international and domestic tax, compliance, transfer pricing, and M&A activities while leading a team of four tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the worldwide tax function, developing and executing strategies for global cash taxes and compliance
• Oversee international tax planning, compliance, and the optimization of the legal entity structure
• Serve as the tax lead for acquisitions, managing due diligence and integration processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
• CPA strongly preferred; MST or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience with significant U.S. corporate and international tax knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and international taxation, including GILTI and foreign tax credits
• Experience with M&A tax due diligence, structuring, and integration strongly preferred
