Director, People Business Partner

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, People Business Partner, the full-time remote role will partner with Product, Technology, and AI leaders to shape organizational design, talent management, and performance practices while serving as the primary advisor to the EVP of Product & Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the GM operating model, defining decision rights and governance structures across teams
• Shape enterprise people strategy by developing repeatable principles and tools based on the GM transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, managing org design, workforce planning, and talent succession initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a senior HRBP in a B2B SaaS or tech company
• Experience partnering with C-suite or EVP-level leaders in an organization with a GM or business-unit model
• Proven track record in org design, workforce planning, and change management
• Strong knowledge of software team operations and familiarity with agile methodologies
• Global experience preferred, with a solid understanding of employment law across multiple countries
