Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and oversight of vendor partnerships, the full-time remote Director Revenue Cycle will maximize revenue and improve financial performance by ensuring contract compliance and optimizing revenue cycle outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships to achieve key revenue cycle outcomes and performance optimization
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy and implement best practices
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking to enhance operational effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 8 years of leadership experience in a relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience in conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking
