Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in a remote setting, the full-time Director Revenue Cycle will oversee vendor partnerships, ensuring contract compliance and optimizing revenue cycle outcomes while driving financial performance across the Care Network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor partnerships to maximize revenue, cash collections, and reimbursement performance
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement revenue cycle strategies and best practices
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and benchmark performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 8 years of leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience in conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking
