Disability Client Consultant

Job Summary

To drive growth and enhance client relationships, the full-time remote Disability Client Consultant will manage key producer and client interactions, support benefit re-enrollments, and identify new business opportunities within the Executive Disability product line.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with producers and clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance enrollment and retention of Executive Disability products
• Guide clients through the renewal process and coordinate enrollment campaigns to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace group benefits and/or disability industry, focusing on sales and customer-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience in financial services
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
• Experience with disability insurance products, preferably group executive disability
• Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative
