Disability Insurance Case Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the New Business Case Manager for Disability Insurance will manage the underwriting process for new disability insurance applications, ensuring accurate policy issuance while providing exceptional customer service to clients, brokers, and agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and process new disability insurance applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation
• Maintain organized records of applications and follow up on the status of cases in the underwriting process
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries regarding their applications

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Insurance experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work a Pacific Time zone schedule
• Experience with OnBase is preferred
