Job Summary
Overseeing the overall profitability of the regional operations center, the full-time remote Disability Operations Manager will manage staffing efficiencies, performance expectations, and financial goals while coordinating with support departments and providing regular reporting to management.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations to ensure quality and performance
- Analyze performance and financial data to measure productivity and determine labor needs
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff, managing schedules and addressing disciplinary actions as necessary
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
- Experience in Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance preferred
- Background in Long Term / Short Term Disability Claims preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy required
