Job Summary
Supporting the Strategic HR Partner as a subject matter expert, the full-time Disability Specialist (PA Licensed) will manage disability programs and accommodation requests while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data related to disability and accommodation management to identify trends and gaps
- Facilitate communication between employees and managers regarding accommodation needs and return-to-work programs
- Draft and recommend policy revisions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act and related regulations
- Experience in managing accommodation requests and return-to-work programs
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
