Disaster Recovery Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Disaster Recovery (DR) program, the remote Disaster Recovery Analyst will coordinate planning, testing, governance, and documentation activities while engaging with stakeholders to enhance enterprise resilience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, governance, and documentation activities
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Track test results and improvement opportunities, expanding DR testing coverage across applications and regions
Required qualifications
- Experience in enterprise Disaster Recovery programs, including technical failover and resilience testing
- Knowledge of recovery technologies such as cloud resiliency and backup solutions
- Experience coordinating DR planning and documentation updates with various stakeholders
- ServiceNow and/or CMDB administration experience related to DR records and workflows
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and data analytics tools for improving DR documentation and reporting is preferred
