Disaster Recovery Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise Disaster Recovery and resiliency program, the full-time remote Disaster Recovery Delivery Manager will oversee operational readiness, recovery testing, and service delivery while managing customer relationships and financial commitments in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and governance for Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery, and Cybersecurity Services
- Lead operational readiness, DR planning, testing, and recovery capabilities while serving as the primary contact for major incidents
- Establish strong governance with customer leadership, managing budgets, forecasts, and ensuring compliance with service levels and contractual commitments
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience leading large-scale infrastructure or managed-services delivery in a complex enterprise environment
- Direct Disaster Recovery and resiliency experience, including DR planning, testing, and governance
- Experience with Data Protection, Backup & Recovery, and infrastructure technologies
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and executive-level governance
- Strong program and project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
