Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Dispatch Supervisor will ensure operational performance, support employee development, and maintain high service standards within the Roadside team.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the team in dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational efficiency
• Provide personalized development and motivation for team members
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and step in for high-level event handling as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center), or equivalent educational and experience combinations
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork across the organization
• Preferred degree in a related discipline
