Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day transportation operations, the full-time remote Dispatcher will manage real-time communication with drivers, riders, and customers, ensuring timely and safe ride completions while handling multiple time-sensitive issues.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately collect, verify, and document ride, driver, and rider information
- Respond promptly to inquiries from drivers, riders, and customers via phone, text, and chat
- Monitor scheduled and active rides to ensure timely pickups and completions
Required qualifications
- 1 year of dispatch experience
- Proven reliability and strong attendance with the ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays (PST Hours)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks without error
- Experience with medical terminology is a plus but not required; training will be provided
