Dispatcher

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day transportation operations, the full-time Dispatcher will manage real-time communication with drivers, riders, and customers while ensuring timely and safe ride completions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately collect, verify, and document ride, driver, and rider information
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, and chat while monitoring scheduled and active rides
• Resolve delays and service disruptions, escalating issues as necessary and maintaining accurate records

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of dispatch experience
• Proven reliability and strong attendance with the ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks without error
• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure in a remote setting
• Medical terminology experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
