Distance Education Adjunct
Job Summary
Facilitating online course content and maintaining curriculum integrity, the part-time Distance Education Adjunct will engage with students through discussions and assessments while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Participates in course content meetings and collaborates with the course coordinator
- Facilitates individual and group learning goals and moderates online discussions
- Assesses student progress and provides timely feedback while maintaining accurate class records
Required qualifications
- Doctorate from a regionally accredited academic institution (preferred)
- A minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours in the discipline being taught
- 2+ years of distance (online) teaching experience (preferred)
- Registered Technologist - Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certifications (preferred)
- Ability to work with an ethnically diverse student body
