Distinguished Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Distinguished Engineer will lead the Dynamo engineering team, providing technical expertise in AI inferencing, driving product direction, and collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and scalability of NVIDIA's AI inferencing platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Dynamo family of open source projects and serve as a technical expert in AI inferencing
- Lead initiatives focused on resiliency, performance, and scalability for Dynamo and AI inference
- Collaborate with diverse partner teams at NVIDIA across storage, networking, and hardware
Required qualifications:
- BS, MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 18+ years of proven experience in systems software engineering
- Expertise in operating production inference systems at scale or working on inference engines
- Experience as a senior technical leader with the ability to lead through influence
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Python, and Go, and familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
