Job Summary
As a full-time Distinguished Engineer in HRSD, the candidate will set the technical direction for model-driven capabilities across the HR domain, focusing on agentic and conversational experiences while collaborating with multiple teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI architecture for the HR domain, including model selection, orchestration, and tradeoff evaluations
- Establish autonomy boundaries for HR actions, ensuring structural constraints for sensitive decisions
- Lead the evaluation infrastructure, including dataset curation and drift detection, to ensure safe behavior changes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of influencing technical direction
- Hands-on experience with agentic instructions, autonomous workflows, and evaluation processes
- Production experience with LLM APIs and agent orchestration, including at least one model migration
- Strong command of system design, APIs, and data modeling across various technology stacks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
