Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in AI-enabled product innovation, the full-time Distinguished Engineer - AI Transformation will collaborate with engineering leaders to enhance productivity and drive the adoption of AI capabilities across the organization, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of AI across Acumatica's products and workflows to enhance customer outcomes
- Transform the engineering lifecycle through the implementation of modern AI-assisted development practices
- Define and influence the long-term AI and engineering transformation strategy across the company
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership in SaaS or cloud-based environments
- Proven experience in delivering AI/ML capabilities in enterprise applications
- Strong enterprise application architecture experience with a focus on innovation and scalability
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex initiatives without direct authority
