Leading the development of high-speed signaling technologies, the full-time Distinguished Signal Integrity Engineer will oversee technical direction for next-gen products, architect advanced interconnect solutions, and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead corporate-level strategies for high-speed signaling technologies across semiconductor packaging and connectors
- Oversee implementation of next-gen products for ultra-mobile and high-performance AI platforms
- Architect interconnect solutions for standards such as UCIe, HBM, DDR, and PCIe
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in high-speed signal integrity and semiconductor assembly technologies
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with extensive industry experience
- Hands-on experience with advanced solutions like EMIB, UCIe, and high-density connectors
- Deep knowledge of electrical, computer, and packaging engineering
- Proven ability to manage and mentor teams of skilled engineers and deliver complex projects
