Job Summary

Managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Distribution Operations Analyst will provide exceptional customer service, support producers across distribution channels, and ensure timely commission payments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines
• Manage contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Establish accurate pay structures and submit forms to state insurance departments on time

Required qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to adapt to frequent business and regulatory changes
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications quickly and accurately
