Distribution Sourcing Analyst
Job Summary
To support a billion-dollar enterprise, the full-time remote Distribution Sourcing Analyst will manage procurement activities for complex programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services while developing strategic sourcing strategies and engaging with global distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for assigned commodities, translating technical specifications into purchase orders
- Oversee the procurement process lifecycle, from proposal preparation to supplier selection and contract administration
- Analyze market trends and spend forecasts to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience
- Experience resolving contractual and performance issues with suppliers
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations, as well as ITAR and EAR compliance
- Familiarity with Oracle purchasing systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of subcontractor solicitations and bid analysis processes
