Job Summary
Leading a team of approximately 10-15 retail stores, the full-time District Manager - Florida will drive sales performance, develop store leaders, and ensure operational excellence while working onsite in Jacksonville or the Panhandle region.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by analyzing KPIs and implementing strategies to achieve profitability goals
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to build strong leadership pipelines and engaged teams
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to company standards and enhance the client experience
Required qualifications

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing performance through P&L ownership

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail analytics platforms
