Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of 10-15 retail stores, the full-time District Manager - New York will drive sales performance, develop store leaders, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a client-centric culture in a market-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by analyzing KPIs and implementing strategies to exceed profitability goals
• Coach and mentor Store Managers to build strong leadership pipelines and engaged teams
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent execution of company standards and service excellence

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience with a proven track record of driving results
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing performance through P&L ownership
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail analytics platforms
• Deep interest in the beauty industry and fostering an inclusive culture
