District of Columbia Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual primary care practice, the District of Columbia Licensed Primary Care Physician will conduct comprehensive virtual visits, establish strong patient relationships, and collaborate with care teams in a full-time remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits addressing acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care needs
• Establish and maintain strong patient relationships to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with virtual care teams and supervise NP or PA colleagues as needed

Required qualifications

• Currently licensed in the District of Columbia, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
