Division Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Division Controller to provide high-level accounting and analytical support remotely, managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards, and collaborating with operational leaders to enhance financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the financial leader for the operational division, overseeing revenue recognition and compliance with USGAAP
• Manage project-level billing positions and cash flow, providing timely financial reports and identifying areas for improvement
• Review financial results with senior leaders, offering insights on stability, liquidity, and growth trends

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience required
• 3+ years of construction accounting experience strongly preferred
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
