Division Controller - Construction
Job Summary
Providing high-level accounting and analytical support, the full-time salaried Division Controller - Construction will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards, and analyze project financials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the financial leader for the operational division, ensuring proper revenue recognition in accordance with USGAAP and ASC606
- Monitor and report on overall billing positions and cash flow at a project level while providing timely financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of Monthly Operating Reports and Scorecards, offering suggestions for improvements based on financial analysis
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Construction Accounting strongly preferred
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Master's in Business (MBA) strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required
