Job Summary
Leading a newly formed Rental Management team, the full-time remote DME Rental Programs Manager will be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the rental census, manage patient engagement, and oversee rental hold management while collaborating with various departments to ensure program efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the accuracy and integrity of the active rental census across all categories and departments
- Lead patient outreach and engagement activities to manage rental programs effectively
- Oversee rental hold management, ensuring timely tracking and reporting in accordance with policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of DME experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role with direct patient outreach
- Working knowledge of DME rental billing programs and compliance requirements
- Experience managing a large-scale active rental program population with a focus on data accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets
- Familiarity with DME billing software applications such as Brightree or Niko Health
