Owning the revenue cycle performance of assigned clients, the full-time DME Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage accounts receivable, denial resolution, and reimbursement optimization while working remotely to enhance financial outcomes in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and risks
- Drive reimbursement outcomes through proactive management of accounts receivable and denial resolution activities
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving financial performance
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of DME/HME Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer billing requirements
- Experience in conducting trend analysis and identifying revenue cycle improvement opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
