Docebo LMS Specialist
Job Summary
To support complex LMS implementations, the contract Docebo LMS Specialist will manage data migrations, build integrations, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely with occasional travel for design workshops.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Docebo LMS implementations, including functional configuration and customization
- Manage data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Build and maintain integrations with HRIS, SSO, and other enterprise systems
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with data migration and Docebo LMS
- Experience configuring and customizing LMS roles, permissions, and workflows
- Proficiency in performing end-to-end data migration, including extracting, mapping, and validating legacy data
- Experience in building integrations with HRIS, SSO, and other standard integrations
- Ability to deliver demonstrations and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for LMS workflows and courses
