Job Summary
To support the Client Information Risk Services department, the full-time Docketing Specialist will manage the review of electronic mail and filings for accuracy, communicate with attorneys and paralegals, and participate in various projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review records and enter schedules or deadlines into the docketing system as needed
- Generate and proof routine and specialized docketing system reports, and distribute docket reports according to the department's schedule
- Conduct detailed research into calendaring, jurisdictional rules, and regulations within docketing software
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years in litigation
- Experience with CourtAlert or other docketing systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Document Management Systems
- Familiarity with PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs)
- Strong research, analytical, and reasoning skills, with a solid understanding of data interrelations
