Doctor Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Doctor Compensation team in the Optometry division, the full-time Analyst - Doctor Compensation will manage monthly calculations and reporting of doctor compensation, perform reconciliations, and assist with budget forecasting while working in a hybrid environment based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate compensation calculations and payment schedules for individual providers
- Perform monthly reconciliations of compensation payments to ensure accuracy
- Assist with budget forecasting and optimization of compensation tracking and reporting systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, with physician compensation experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and resolve variances in large data sets
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work
