Job Summary

Committed to fostering student success, the part-time Doctor of Business Administration Faculty will teach and mentor capstone students in a remote setting, providing academic support, feedback, and engagement while upholding high academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with students regularly, offering timely guidance and connecting them with necessary resources
• Provide constructive, detailed feedback on student submissions while demonstrating knowledge of university policies and expectations
• Participate in Mentor Training and may instruct content or research methodology courses based on enrollment and credentials

Required qualifications

• Terminal degree in Business Administration (PhD, DBA) or a related field from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of experience teaching and mentoring business doctoral students in an online setting
• Demonstrated engagement in scholarly and professional business activities within the past 5 years
• Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with a preference for quantitative
• Proficiency in APA 7th edition formatting and citation standards
