Job Summary
Supporting the advancement of the medical education unit, the full-time remote Document Processing Associate will evaluate and process application documentation for accuracy, manage data entry and customer service tasks, and contribute to training and quality assurance efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-depth evaluations of applicant information and ensure compliance with established procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to design and enhance training materials and conduct quality audits of application processing
- Maintain expert knowledge of AMCAS and Fee Assistance policies while participating in relevant projects and meetings
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 1-2 years of related work experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented processing environment
- Experience with customer service platforms and data management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with Fee Assistance Program policies and procedures is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
