Working remotely, the full-time Document Review Specialist will audit driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards in a metric-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and verify driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information
- Identify discrepancies and update client information in applicable systems
- Collaborate with Client Service Specialists to validate and maintain client data
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1+ years of experience in a general office setting or a combination of experience and post-secondary education
- Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus
- Proficiency in PC usage and ability to navigate multiple screens and programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
