Job Summary
Supporting the development and maintenance of practitioner operations manuals, the remote Documentation Coordinator will create, update, and manage documentation for various practitioner groups while working part-time in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and update operations manuals and forms for multiple provider types
- Edit and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards
- Interact with various departments to facilitate the publication and distribution of manuals and forms
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred; high school diploma required with equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of experience in writing, editing, and managing editorial content, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with form creation or knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle Designer
- Demonstrated writing proficiency with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
