Job Summary
Serving as the operational backbone of clinical compliance and provider support workflows, the full-time remote Documentation Specialist will manage clinical information flow, conduct daily chart audits, and collaborate closely with behavioral health providers to ensure documentation meets compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately manage session notes and clinical records, ensuring seamless integration into the EHR system
- Monitor and enforce compliance by auditing outstanding clinical documentation across provider caseloads
- Act as the primary contact for clinicians regarding documentation procedures and provide support in charting workflows
Required qualifications
