Owning compliance decisions for healthcare professionals, the full-time remote Documents Compliance Analyst will manage background check disqualifications, credential and risk reviews, and implement new state requirements while ensuring consistent documentation and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation point for background check disqualification decisions and agency compliance implementation
- Produce risk analyses and evaluate new state and agency requirements for operational implementation
- Own credential verification audits, state license renewals, and ongoing state reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a regulatory or compliance-focused role
- Experience interpreting statutes and regulations to create operational requirements
- Prior experience in background screening adjudication or similar compliance roles
- Ability to document and communicate complex decisions effectively
