Domestic Buyer

Job Summary

To support a growing product pipeline, the remote Domestic Buyer will manage the domestic procurement of core staging items, build a network of wholesale vendors, and ensure consistent inventory availability across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of Supply Chain to align on inventory needs and create domestic purchase plans to fill gaps
• Build and maintain a robust network of wholesale and liquidation vendors to quickly address inventory shortages
• Oversee the procurement of standard domestic items and coordinate with warehouses to ensure continuous stock availability

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of buying, merchandising, or procurement experience, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry
• Proven experience sourcing through wholesale, closeout, or liquidation channels
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory planning systems
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
