Domestic Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the relocation process for domestic transferees, the full-time Domestic Relocation Consultant will administer relocation policies, coordinate household goods shipments, and provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload while delivering outstanding customer service to clients and transferees
• Coordinate all phases of relocation activities as per contractual agreements, ensuring client and family satisfaction
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards

Required qualifications

• Preferred college degree or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience in a multitasking, call center environment
• Over one year of experience in relocation, real estate, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
