Domestic Violence Housing Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Domestic Violence Housing Coordinator will manage housing referrals, identify program openings, and provide system navigation support for individuals and families fleeing domestic violence, working either onsite in the Los Angeles area or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing identification, matching, and placement activities for survivors of domestic violence
• Maintain knowledge of available housing resources and monitor referrals from initial connection through placement
• Integrate survivor-defined safety considerations into all housing-related activities and ensure confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Policy, Social Work, or related field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum two years of experience with Continuum of Care and HUD Coordinated Entry programs
• Understanding of housing protections under the Violence Against Women Act and related federal requirements
• Experience facilitating survivor-centered case conferencing and managing multi-agency initiatives
• Familiarity with data management systems and IT privacy standards
