Donor Care Specialist
Job Summary
Engaging donors through meaningful conversations, the fully remote Donor Care Specialist will connect with mid-level and planned giving donors, share the impact of their contributions, and capture donor stories to strengthen relationships with nonprofit organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Engage donors and prospects authentically through phone conversations, emails, and notes
- Collect stories and conduct surveys for partner organizations while maintaining high-touch professional care of donors
- Collaborate with team members to effectively serve partners and donors while meeting performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of total work history
- High School Degree or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred
- Ability to engage donors conversationally to uncover motivations for giving
- Experience in presenting cases for support in a compelling manner
- Willingness to work shifts within the hours of 9:00 am CST - 8:00 pm CST (M-F)
