Donor Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Donor Engagement Manager, this position will manage and grow fundraising programs, including membership initiatives and direct mail campaigns, while developing donor communications and optimizing engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand membership and recurring giving programs, including the Ballotpedia Society
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, such as membership pledge drives and Giving Tuesday
- Develop donor-centered communications and analyze campaign performance to enhance donor engagement
Required qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or related marketing work
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar donor databases
- Ability to write persuasive fundraising appeals and communications
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset for improving fundraising strategies
