Donor Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Focused on improving donor recruitment processes, the full-time remote Donor Recruitment Process Manager will analyze data, lead projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support recruitment initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procedures and policies for donor recruitment in collaboration with training managers
• Monitor and report on internal sales processes, providing feedback for improvements and ensuring goals are met
• Research and recommend new products and methodologies to advance the donor recruitment sales process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of related experience, including two years in a leadership role
• Three years of experience with business software applications and blood bank manufacturing software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and other spreadsheet applications
