Job Summary
A company is looking for a DOT Compliance Administrator who will maintain DOT-related Driver Compliance Efforts and assist with Fleet-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor the company's Preferred Drivers Program and coordinate mandatory drug testing
- Assist with the life-cycle management of heavy-duty DOT vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations
- Generate DOT-compliance-related reports and assist with risk management processes involving fleet vehicles
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Fleet, Equipment, or related coordination role
- Basic understanding of DOT regulations and their applications
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Experience with reporting and tracking using Excel is an asset
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol requirements
