Drafter Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the hourly Drafter Designer will create and draft telecommunications network designs using CADD, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with engineering and construction teams.
Key responsibilities
- Create new Outside Plant (OSP) network designs in various applications/software
- Develop and issue work prints for OSP Telecom networks
- Coordinate with permitting agencies and ensure facility designs meet company and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or at least three years of telecommunications OSP Design/Engineering experience required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and regulations for OSP facilities
