Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the recruitment process for drivers, the full-time Driver Recruiter will screen, interview, and determine hiring eligibility while working remotely and ensuring compliance with transportation rules and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Analyze applicant data to ensure compliance with USX hiring guidelines and DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with candidates about job openings and promote company-wide programs in recruiting

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, inside sales, or related fields
• Preferred experience in the transportation and/or logistics industry
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across multiple mediums
